We’re excited to announce the launch of JetStream 2.0 by InterGrid, and our new and refreshed website is live. JetStream 2.0 brings a fresh approach to the reselling of Managed Services. With JetStream 2.0 there are multiple Managed Services Providers as well as an expanded portfolio of services. In addition to the original scope services: Security, Network, Data Center, Collaboration, Operations and End-User, JetStream 2.0 includes Carrier Services and Print Management.

JetStream 2.0 is structured so that resellers have a direct relationship with the Managed Services Providers, eliminating a level of complexity. This updated approach has also removed the inherent risk offset and margin stacking effects of a three-tier distribution model. JetStream 2.0 is for the resellers that want to sell Managed Services, but either have no existing Managed Services practice or are looking to augment their current Managed Services portfolio.

The updated site includes changes to navigation, with dropdown menus for both mobile and desktop versions. We’ve also improved the structure of our content, so you’ll get more from a quick read. There’s a whole host of smaller but impactful changes, all to make your experience of the InterGrid – JetStream program site that is better for you.

In addition to the JetStream program, InterGrid offers Managed Services Enablement. Our Enablement program spans the spectrum of what is required to stand-up a Managed Services practice. From business planning to marketing, sales training, compensation plans, job descriptions, contract templates and operational guidelines.

InterGrid is working to add capabilities to the JetStream program including; Single Site Deal Registration, Online Quoting, End-User routing in addition to new Managed Services Providers and capabilities and the expansion of the services portfolio.
