David McGillivray established InterGrid in 2016, bringing his passion and relentless focus on high-level, quality performance to this new leadership role. David previously founded and led Vizionary Consulting Group, where he was responsible for the strategy and development of the Private-Label Managed Services consulting portfolio and worked with value-added resellers, private equity firms and product distributors. Before he founded Vizionary, David was Vice President of Managed Services Sales and Private-Label Services for Presidio Networked Solutions. He also held executive-level positions at Inacom/Vanstar, Unisys and Siemens. 

 Jim Coleman joined InterGrid in 2017. He is responsible for Ecosystem Partner Development, Sales and Marketing. He has more than 25 years of IT sales and management experience on both the manufacturer and reseller sides of industry. Prior to joining InterGrid, Jim had a successful 15-year sales career at Presidio Networked Solutions as Director of Business Development, where he developed and led the white-labeled Managed Services business unit. Prior to that, Jim served as Director of Global Services for Cisco System’s Service Provider business unit and Vice President of Sales at Advanced Risk Corporation. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University. 

Craig Heile is InterGrid’s Partner Enablement Lead and takes the helm for all aspects of enabling partners to build a profitable managed services practice including go-to-market planning, activating sales/marketing/engineering resources and developing and executing sales and marketing programs. Craig is the principal of Greenfield b2b, and his diverse career includes professional ski racing, Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Direct Marketing, Marketing / Sales Training, and sales and channel consulting for Cisco, Nortel, HP, Unisys, Microsoft and hundreds of small businesses. He earned his Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. 

Mike Doyle, as Principle Managed Services Consultant, serves as an executive-level liaison to support InterGrid customers that require the highest level of leadership and strategic planning to help transform their business towards higher value managed services practices. Mike leverages 20+ years of IT executive leadership and guidance to integrate best practices in Sales, Presales, Marketing, Service Delivery, Business Operations and Financial functional areas. Mike earned his BA in Economics from St. Olaf College in Minnesota. 

Jennifer Parris, Esq., assists InterGrid partner resellers with the on-boarding process to the JetStream Program through Jennifer Parris Legal Services. She has been practicing technology law for 25 years and has previously served as in-house counsel for large multinational technology companies, such as Dell and Unisys. Jennifer’s background in negotiating complex services agreements, as well as her involvement in assisting with the development of the JetStream template agreements, will help resellers with the efficient negotiation of managed services deals without requiring the ramping up of knowledge or experience often required with in-house or outside counsel.
